contract increase

My sky bill is going up from £72 this month to £88 in April then £108.50 in May.

I spoke to customer service they said ''sorry we can't help we have no other offers''!

I asked to be transferred to cancellation team and was told sorry we are in ''a training session''we can't help you.

Absolutely shocking

From the figures you have posted it does appear that the minimum term on your contract is now ending so the discount you have had for the last 18 months or so will also end.

@MD124 it's a bit early to be looking for a new deal from Sky, hence the no offers response. I'd leave it until the last few weeks of your current contract.
