hi there
i went through a site called cable to get £100 gift card with my sky i went through the link and done it all but ive still not recived anything else about it the sky was instatlled and all up to date just wondering if anything i can do to see whats going on other than wait ages opn the phone thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@shane+henn If you signed up to sky through a third party website then it's that site/company you need to contact as sky won't be responsible for this as it wasn't done directly via sky's website

hi ive emailed cable and they said i claim it through 'Claim my rewards' page but ive checked on my sky app and there is nothing there

this is what they sent me back
If you have signed for a new broadband deal with Sky that comes with a free gift or reward, then you will need to log in to your Sky account online with your Sky iD and go into the Claim Your Reward page. You can set up your Sky iD online. You will need your 12-digit Sky account number which will be sent to you in your welcome email from Sky when you sign up. Once you are logged in simply follow the instructions as to how to claim your reward and it will be sent out to you. Note that you can only put in your claim once your new broadband service goes live. You should expect to receive your gift, such as a prepaid Mastercard, within 15 days, but this can vary depending on the promotion at the time.
its also on their website there is no claim my rewards page its all so confusing

Sky only issue these rewards themselves on signup and when done directly via their website and not by clicking on a link from a third party website

The only deal I can currently see on the Cable website with £100 reward is for BT broadband. I can't find a similar Sky deal so it has probably been withdrawn. I do wonder if the deal may have already lapsed at the time,e you signed up

@shane+henn Personally I don't think you will qualify as you clicked on a link sent by another company even though the link goes to sky's website it's still classed as signing up through a third party which doesn't count towards rewards
however you are more than welcome to follow the instructions on the link below to see if you can claim it

When did you do this as usually these gift cards are not sent out until you have paid your first few bills so that you have gone past the cooling off period.

ill call sky and ask because i checked the email i got and the internet i got was the one i could get the £100 i ordered it on the 13th of november and was installed on the 11th of december the 1st bill of £20 was paid on the 24th of december

I haven't received my £100 Mastercard reward it's been a year now. I purchased sky glass and it was a added gift for purchasing. I know sometimes you have to of payed for your purchase a few months before receiving it but it's been about a year and still nothing?
