cant sign new tv contract

I am moving from sky Q to sky glass, but having trouble signing new contract.

i get messages to remember to sign which directs me to mobile My Sky app, i sign in and click the link to sign and the pop up dissapears.

any help would be appreiciated

i does but then redirects back to the app and says the account holder must sign the CCA, I am the account holder and have already signed in just keeps going round in circles

Are you signed in with your main primary Sky ID, one way to check is to see if you can view your bills via the app.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

How did this get resolved. I'm having the same issue. It's not allowing me to sign and just sending me around in circles
