cancelled before end of cooling off period, when can I expect a refund of my upfront payment,

Had spoken to Sky when i was considering leaving Virgin Media,  decided not to proceed with it, Sky Puck was sent back, services were never started, when can I expect to get my upfront payment refunded ?

If you have been charged for what will have been your first bill then no refund can be arranged until to see a credit on your account so post back here wjen

Not quite sure what you mean, I dont kniow how there will be a credit showing on my account as i dont actually have an account, I cancelled before the Sky Puck had arrived and was asked to send this back, which i did by return post,  there was no installation so services were never activated. Payment was made on April 11th and I changed my mind a couple of days later. I can see when i log into Sky that there is a £0.00 balance showing, will this revert to a credit ????

If you made an upfront payment then you need to wait until a credit appears where you see £0.00 currently shown as a balance.

Returned items take around 2-3 weeks to be processed.  The credit will likely appear once they've checked it.

...otherwise, you'll have to call Sky to chase it up.
