I phoned up 2 months ago to cancel my sky tv and just keep the broadband. Was told i had a month left on contract so phoned again last month and everything sorted. Got my latest bill not only was my sky tv not cancelled they increased my bill by another £35 phoned sky today and was told they have no knowledge of me cancelling absolute idiots
