Discussion topic: can't get through to anyone to talk about my bill

i need to talk to someone about my bill but when i ring the customer service number they ask me for my password, i dont know it and then they ask me for my mothers maden name. when i say this the line just goes silent for ages and then eventually cuts off. someone help please?
