can't find Q box from laptop

I used to be able to see recordings in q box on my laptop, now it cannot be found

Have you cancel your multiscreen subscription as this needs to be in place to see your recordings via the Sky Go app.

Have download sky go your laptop? As that shows  the channels and if I remember your  recording to

Hi @oldbaldric   As long as you have the required Multiscreen subscription I would be inclined to power reboot everything, Router, Sky Q Main box and Minis and of course the Laptop after deleting and reinstalling the Sky Go app. You must be at home on the same LAN.

Thanks very much, I did all you suggested, remove SKY Go app, reboot router, Q box and reinstall SKY Go app. It works now, thanks very much.
