bt openreach cancelation

booked ppointment no fibre,  told can cancel online if it starts working.

starts working, go online and yep of course ......cant cancel.   you need to call!

 

3 calls hold for an hr then cut off

 

someone please escalate to an agent to get this appointment cancelled.     some sort of scanm so sky can charge £25 for not cancelling within 24hrs of appointment no doubt.

@rmarl  Unfortunately the escalation team can't process cancellations 

 

see if you can cancel using the link below if not you'll have to preserve on the phone
