Hi I joined sky on 9 November and they took out 11.95 for installing etc om 9 november then my next bill was 28 december which they charged me 68 and then from 28 jan it be 42 per month. my agreed packaged was 42 per month.

they also said they will credit 50 off my first bill which just doesnt make any sence.

was sky meant to bill.me.on 9 november full bill? please explain how this works. thanks

Your first two bills are higher as they cover more that the usual 4 weeks:
