Sky seems to have taken advantage of my parents after there contract ended, they have the normal Sky+ boxes
On the phone they claim the prices are
Sky signature £36.50
HD£9
Sky Sports £35
Additional box £15
They claim website prices are only for Sky Glass but that isn't clear.
But the website doesn't back this up.

Unless they have cancelled contracts don't end but discounts that might have on it do which is why they appear to be paying the usual price for their package as discounts are only set for a minimum time like 18 months after which they will see an increase. Time to call to see if they will be offered any discount if they will agree to a new contract but they should except the hard sell to upgrade to Sky Q, Sky Stream or Glass.

They look like correct undiscounted prices.

Those look like the standard prices, which are what all customers pay once their discounts expire. Your parents may be able to negotiate a further discount in return for a new contractual minimum term.
The website shows prices for a new customer, which, of course, doesn't apply to your parents.

Sky Sports is the one that stands out as even the crossed out prices on the website don't cost £35.

Advertised prices are usually for new subscribers and with a discount (and minimum term)

I know that part but it says £30 crossed out, it shows a price for 24months and 31 day rolling at a lower price than that.

That could be the Sky Glass/Stream price for Sky Sports.
Sky don't necessarily have the same base price for a pack across all their products.
