Hello all,
I closed my account back in November. Final bill shows i have credit on the account. I was expected this would be paid to me automatically like i've had with other utility providers. We are in Jan now, my old DD dates have came and went and no payment recived. Do i need to contact Sky directly?

This is usually easire than having to phone Sky.

This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.
