account cancelled without my knowledge

I fell behind with payments but set a plan up with an agency to pay what I owed but my account had been completely cancelled now and I'm at a loss as to what I can do and how to resolve it as I didn't want the full account to be closed and go to debt collection

If non payments last for 56+ days Sky can (and normally do) completely cancel subscriptions and may not let you rejoin due to your payment history.

Sky automatically close accounts which are 56 days or more in arrears. Have you spoken to them yourself about this?

@John259 I take it the agency you have the payment plan with is a debt collection agency? If it is then as soon as the debt was passed to them your Sky account would be closed, you can't realistically expect Sky to keep a defaulted account open.
