I went to log on to my computer my sky which I dont do often as i yuse my app on mobile when typing in my email address it ask for a name then i realised I had misprinted my email address so tried to delete it as it was causing a conflict which was very confusing I signed out tried to go back later to sign int my correct account an it did it again showing the error email finally log out and managed to log onto my correct account .. Yet the rogue account is stil there an is confusing sky saying I have two accounts which I dont have if anyone can help that would be great!
