Your Sky email is not working

How do I email you to cancel my package when your contact email is not working

You are not emaing Sky by posting here as this is a community where customers help each other.

 

The best way to give your notice to cancel is by calling:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

 

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

Sky support typically doesn't advertise email as a contact method.

Hi @DMorri   To cancel anything, it needs a conversation to check your identity.

I called and spoke to 3 operators in total before I finally was able to cancel the whole package. Sky make it very difficult to genuinely just leave.
