Your Sky TV contract has ended

The above message is showing up on my Sky home page online, this is not the case, my 18 month contract does not  end untill,  the middle of June 25, and showing increases in my bills from May 25 onwards, are these increases outwith the April25 increases ?

Billing is monthly in advance so a minimum term ending in June will be billed in May.

 

Annual price increases should have been applied to your future bills already?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks for reply, why am i being told in February that my contract has ended, when it dosent end until June ?

We can't see your account, but perhaps it's one subscription that doesn't co-terminate?
