You say I have unpaid bill?

I do not owe anything. Paid always by dd. Why does my account say I can't upgrade as I owe

Does your bill here show as being paid and up to date:

If it does then to upgrade you will need to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

yes bill paid on 25th Nov.

For some reason there are two accounts for me. I should only have one. I can't access first account it says somrething went wrong
