Wrong

My monthly bill in December should of been only 82e but it came in at 172e as person was to contact me about this to explain why but no one did so why was it doubled for Dec

We can't say for sure. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

Unless your discounts have ended (or even if they have) give Sky Ireland another call if they don't call you back.
