Wrong payment on my new contract

I was offered a contract on chat, accepted it and my future bill is £20 a month more. Feel I've been conned.

What did Sky say when you asked them about it?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks for answering! Called sky, reached an agreement via WhatsApp. Figures on my future bill are different (£20 more). Would not have agreed to stay at the price that's now showing. How do I speak to sky? Seems they only want me to use this community!

Future bills? They've recalculated this month but amounts on this one and ones for rest of the year higher than agreed.

What date do you agree to this, was it today and what date is your next bill due to be paid on ?

Agreed on Monday 14th. This month has been recalculated so different on 1 August, but future bills showing for Sep, Oct, Nov etc all higher than agreed with a different cost breakdown.

The community is a customer led forum - you'll need to persevere in contacting Sky directly.
