I am a new sky customer and signed up to the €38 a month offer which Includes sky Q and broadband. I paid €30 over the phone for the set up fees but I checked my bill today (first day of having sky)
and it is telling me my bill owed on 20th March is over €92.
Why is this? I agreed to the €38 a month package over the phone

@caesarome Yes my future bills show €70 a month which is still a crazy amount extra then the agreed amount of €38.
Id understand if I had loads of channels or whatever but it's literally the standard package like I only took the sky Q and broadband together because it was cheaper than me getting broadband on its own. I paid the 30 over the phone on set up so the bill just doesn't make sense
