Discussed with sky about set up fees and agreed on 10 pounds. Look at bill and there's 20 pounds chatged

Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Check your future bills if you haven’t already and see if the charges have been credited back. Otherwise if you negotiated the deal on the phone you need to contact Sky again. They should be able to listen back on your original call and they will hopefully cancel them.

I realise this but as I already paid the 10 pounds 2 months ago for broadband it was agreed when renewing both that this fee had already been paid and there would only be a 10 pounds fee for tv
