Wrong billing

Hi  I have just joined sky broadband because I was told I could have it at £25 a month and it is coming out of my bank at £44. How can I get this changed?

It's probably correct as that bill covers more than one month. (Sky's billing is monthly in advance)

 

Check future bills - if they are £25 then it's almost certainly correct.
