Wrong billing I need to speak to real person

I have been made to be owing £53.00 to be paid on 2nd October.  Sometging that I did not owe at all because my rolling TNT ports which made up that bill was already cancelled by me earlier in September for it not to reflect again in October.  Also, I have already paid my last bill of £53.00 on 2nd September which generater that of October.  Afterall bills are usually generated in advance.  Sky has made this big error so I want my Streaming connection restored with immediate effect and I also demand an apology too.  I have legal documented records of this payment and TNT cancellation too as proof.

Hello Laoye,

Following recent changes to your subscription with Sky, there will be updates to certain apps on your Sky TV.

discovery+ TNT Sports & Entertainment

Although you've let us know you no longer want your TNT Sports subscription, you can keep watching discovery+ TNT Sports & Entertainment at no extra cost until 01 October 2025.

You'll then get discovery+ Entertainment as part of your eligible Sky TV subscription.

For more information, see our guide on how to use discovery+ with Sky.

Thanks,

Your Sky Team

@Laoye

As our bills with Sky are created 14 days in advance and because you have to give 31 days notice to cancel a package like TNT billing does continue as normal during this period so once it has been paid you should see a credit for this that you can this ask Sky to refund it to you.
