You currently hold wrong bank details for me and are trying to take money out of an empty account. The new bank details have been entgered into MySky but I am still gettiing emails asking me to update details. My passwortd was mot recognised and when I tried to change it was told I could not as it was already in use!! It now works ok and it was entered automatically by google passwortds so there is no error possibility. Messages npot available so replied to email and here as difficulty in getting in touch.
I need a con firmation that you are cocorrectly taking out my payment and NOT trying from a closed accopunt.

You're unlikely to get a reply to an email, as Sky don't routinely monitor email communication.
If you can see your bill on MySky and your payment details are shown correctly there, you've updated them.
Failing that, give Sky a call

Do not use phone as hearing impaired. But many thanks for clarifying sky contact. Frustrated. 🙁

It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
