Wrong address on my account

We moved house Sept 23 and have Sky tv and 3 mobile devices but still my old address shows on my sky mobile account. Why do these people not change my address for an easier life

Did you use Sky's house move service?

Yes i did, they moved for us. We have sky tv, sky broadband and 3 mobile devices and all charged tonthe new address but still the old address is on my account.

You are going to have to call Sky about this so they can update your address:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
