Wrong address no wifi
My daughter placed a new order with sky as a new customer for tv and broadband 4 weeks ago, the initial person she spoke with didn't put her full address in and now sky said their system won't let them change it so they can't connect her even though open reach have been to her property and completed their work, Sky have also sent her out via post her sky box and hub which makes no sense as to how can that be sent safely to the address sky has on their system but can't connect her. 4 weeks later and still no tv or Internet and nobody really knows what to do. Due to her location it seems sky is the only provider in that area so not even an option to go elsewhere. Any advice will be appreciated.

I will do it for her as she has no Internet and her phone data doesn't work when she is at home...thanks so much.

Thanks, she has spoken with sky and given her permission to speak with me, I've also spoken with sky and I can't understand how they can't update her address, they say it needs to be done manually and a sky expert needs to do it but nobody seems to know who that is..
