Hi,
I believe an old family account has been linked to my Sky Netfix account for some time and I can not remove it to replace with my own account.
I've tried refreshing the apps through second level settings and it always reverts to old family account.
How can this old account be removed and replaced with my own account as I'm paying both Sky and Netfix for the same service with no clear way of rectifying this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark.D You need to contact Netflix directly and get them to unlink the incorrect account before you can link the right one
