Won’t let me upgrade as saying I have an outstanding bill

I'm trying to upgrade my broadband thorough the Sky app but when I select upgrade it keeps saying I have an outstanding bill, when I go pay it says my bill is £0.00?

You will have to call Sky about this so the number is just 150 from a Sky Talk landline phone.
