Won’t let me pay bill

I missed one payment of £40 and it was carried over to the next month I paid the £80 that was due and paid up to date until then, I have now not been able to pay my bill for December or coming up this month now, it says bill is now £68 but every time I type in my card details it says my bill has been paid ? I am worried it's going to roll over and say I owe for 2/3 months worth? As I am trying to pay but for some reason just keeps saying it's been paid and refers me off the payment page ? Wondering what's going on?

It may be because you need to set up an automatic monthly payment as required in your contract, rather than make manual payments.
