Win a free vip reward

I won a FREE VIP REWARD

it got credited on bill

then charged on next months bill

some reward sky really do not value their vip customers

What was the reward?
If you received a credit for the reward then was charged the same cost then technically the reward was free. Unless the reward was money off your bill.
