Why should I pay gor a service I don't get?
I switched over to Sky media in September from virgin. I never was connected to sky broadband WiFi landline or phone. There was a problem their end which has never been resolved and I lost my landline number. (which STILL says number temporary unavailable please try later) I cancelled that part of my sky contract but they say I owe £43.00 (sky are meant to pay me £9.45 a day for EVERY day I don't receive that service.) Because I won't pay this money through sky's automatic payment scheme I can't speak to a human.. Any one know a direct line number I can call....

There isn't one. Sky won't speak to you until you pay what they believe is overdue.

Auto-compensation is paid by way of credit. But if Sky believe you have an outstanding amount then that credit will be difficult to realise.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
