I'm waiting my second bill to be paid if they take more than we agreed i will cancel my direct debit i don't care what the consequences will be

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:

Cancelling your direct debit is the worse thing you can do as it will lead to further issues.

Late payment charges, debt collection, potential legal recovery and credit file marked accordingly. Not usually the best way of dealing with a dispute but up to you.
