@Donna872 This isn't new as it happens all the time on sky accounts
payment requests are sent to banks 4 days before payment due date as soon as the request for your payment is sent the sky account shows as payment received because they have requested it however the physical payment won't leave your bank account until the payment due date or shortly after if the due date falls on a weekend or bank holiday
