It's because we were told no rise until next April. They are changing the terms after we have agreed to them.

Thought I was going mad, but glad somebody else also heard as I did, about charges only increasing in April...nothing about August. Unfortunately I've still along way to go with my contract but will be the last time for renewal. Sky treats its customers with utter contempt.

I signed up for Shy Stream on 3/3/25 TV and Broadband for a price of £71.00. On 6/3/25 I changed my mind and changed to Sky Q box

instead and was assured the package would be the same price. I was also told there would be a small price increase in April bring it up

to around £74.00.

On 28/3/25  I was charged £72.87  direct debit

on 3/4/25          "        "             £80.65   "   "

on 22/4/25      "       "               £94.20    "   "

on 20/5/25     "    "                  £119.33    "    "

I have spent hours on the phone, demanded the original sign up calls were listened to and been left frustrated and lost for words.

Promised phone calls that never came. I looked at my online contract, it bore no comparison to what was agreed, and also noticed I had been charges a £10.00 administration charge 3 times ?

A few days ago someone called me and told me the correct charge for my service was £101.15...a new figure. I have given up,

now I am thinking I will stop payments and let them take me to court, and I want to see transcripts of the original contract negotiations.

Final insult is to be informed of new price rises in AugUST.

Also the wifi around my house is nowhere near the standard of my previous supplier
