Why is my sky signature tv and sky broadband bill going up in price in August ?

I recently signed up for a 24 month sky q tv package plus broadband. I was told at the time the price would only go up with the annual increase in April. Yet my bill seems to be increasing by £6.50 in August. So are sky in breach of contract

Can you see what part of it is increasing on the future bill and does it give any clue on either that one or your previous bills as to why this could be happening ?

Yes. Sky signature is going up by £3.50 and Sky broadband is going up by £3.

The April increase has already taken place.

We negotiated a new contract in March. We have been with Sky TV for 5 years. But this time including broadband.

Anyway, what's Signature increasing to?  Correct price is £40.50 (undiscounted)

I was explicitly told when I negotiated the contract that the only time the bill will increase in the 24 months period was the Annual April increase.

All you can do is to call them again about this to see what they say and if you get nowhere then put in a complaint giving the fate and time you agreed this new contract with them:

If the new contract period started before April 1st then I'm afraid they would be simply incorrect if they said the quoted price included the annual increase.

That's I got my increase in August rather than April last year
