Why is my complaint being ignored

I raised a complaint on the 6 October due to the terrible customer service provided when ordering a laptop, it was acknowledged immediately, I got a response saying it was being looked into on the 13th, then nothing! Chaser emails are being ignored. I've never had such a terrible experience with Sky in all my years with you!

So Sky has 8 weeks to get back tou you with a satisfactory solution or to issue you with a deadlock letter.

That doesn't help matters, I have contracts coming to an end with Sky shortly and whether or not I wish to renew them depends on the response.

 

i guess it best to look for new phone/internet providers is my next move.

Your not making any noise on a public forum and Sky won't respond here as they have no idea who you are

 

Contacting Sky directly via one of the contact methods would be your best bet

They are a nightmare.

As this is a place where customers help each other we can not help you to fix your issues so you need to continue the dialogue with Sky by putting in another complaint it they have closed your previous one.
