Why is my bill higher that I was told

I contacted back in September as my bills were too high and I was told that my new bills would be under £100 yet. My November bill has come in well over £100. I want to know why

As we are customers here we can not answer that as we were not privy to the conversation you had with Sky back in September so what did they actually say to you, did you agree a new discount going forward due to another offer and discount finishing ?

Yes they agreed to reducing my bill but it's gone even higher than it was originally

@Tamara14  Have you looked at your Bill online?  What does the breakdown show, if you agreed a new discount there will be more than one full month depending on how many weeks the new bill covers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
