Why is my 18 month contract going up

I signed up last year to a 18 month contract... Received an email today saying that it's going up by £4, okay that's not a massive jump, but I agree to a set amount for a set time. Can they really do this

It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself. Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:

Or login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:

Or you could login to your online billing and locate your first bill, just add the length of your contract on to this - 12/18 months and you will get an idea of when your mininum term is up.

@Jenny1995 Your contract is not a fixed price , read the terms and conditions you agreed to.

@Jenny1995  Your contract is not fixed price the discounts are and yes it's allowable under the terms and conditions you signed up to
