Dear SKY, please can you explain why you are sooooo expensive compaired to EE tv? You must be losing many many customers due to your price rises, having been a SKY user since the days of squarerials first launched in the UK, there sems little to benefit for staying with SKY?

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. If you no longer feel Sky is value for money (and you're not in a minimum term deal) then leave.

EE TV is a freeview based product with the low SD quality you expect from Freeview at its core and supplements that with a bit of NOW.
You can have internet mode, but not every channel is on it.
EE TV is also limited to EE subscribers and is a bit of a lock-in product. As long as you use EETV you can't go for cheaper broadband. Between broadband and TV their pricing isn't always that competitive in my opinion.
There's also a question about the future of EE TV, their Apple TV offering doesn't seem to have taken off and EE are now actively promoting Sky Stream alongside their own service.

Given it includes both Netflix and Discovery+ for £15 a month and can be used on broadband from any ISP I'd think the recently launched Essential TV on Sky Stream is extremely competitive with EE TV.
