Why have i now got ultimate tv add on?

I am now being charged for ultimate add on. I have never agreed to this and want it removing

Have you recently made any changes to your packages or renewed with a new contract?

 

We're customers on this forum so can't make any changes for you but help you understand what might have happened and then how to correct it.
