Why have i been charged twice for TNT sports and why is it rolling on ?
I recently purchased TNT sports for a limited period. However you have charged me twice an rolled the service on for the next period which I did not agree to. I want to speak to an actual person or I am going to cancel my subscription completely. VERY ANGRY.

@MarkDavidson
We are customers here on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.
So unless you cancelled this trial / limited subscription of TNT giving the required 31 days notice you'll be charged for the continuing service. Did you contact Sky to cancel it?

There is no 'limited period' option? Subscriptions will roll until notice is given to cancel.
Even during this notice period billing continues as normal. (Including a month in advance but will be credited pro-rata in the following month's bill).
However you have charged me twice
Not us - but I presume these are for different date ranges? When adding subscriptions the following bill includes an element of in arrears (From activation to billing) and in advance (month in advance).

Go ahead and call Sky - we're just other customers here. You'll need to contract them to cancel anyway.

Re: Why have i been charged twice for TNT sports and why is it rolling on ?
@MarkDavidson I had a nightmare last year over this, I had TNT for WWE, and then cancelled circa last November, because WWE went on Netflix this January, for which I already have an account, and until about 3 months ago I was still being charged for it and it wasn't cheap! I contacted Sky, they told me to ring BT up, I did, they told me to contact Sky, so I had to get quite angry with them and tell them in no uncertain terms to cancel the contract there and then or I'd be taking legal action.

Thanks for your input. Have now contacted sky and am getting credited in my next billing period. If this does not happen then I will be leaving. Sky customer service is appalling. I was on the phone for about 2 hours, and was just continually passed back and fore, before getting a sensible operator.
