if you still dispute the charge you would need to contact Sky directly

Not unless my wife accidently was looking for something else, I would never pay to watch Tyson Fury

@Euntjies
Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.

As a UK/ROI service provider, I believe Sky's contact numbers are accessible only from the UK/ROI.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI interpreted your post as you being on holiday when the chargeable programmes was ordered/viewed. Is that the case or are you trying, unsuccessfully, to contact Sky from your holiday abroad?

@Daniel0210 I am back from my holidays, then discovered I was charged the extra charges.

@Lennux the same happenend to me. I was wondering if you had any luck getting through to speak to someone. I have been trying almost most of the afternoon, but only get through to the automated answering machine with no option of getting through to an operator or customer adviser.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou shouldn't be having a problem with calling Sky. If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t like us typing the digits in full).
Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Also be aware the operating times of departments differs depending on the issue you’re ringing about.

@Euntjies Yes I did get a hold of someone in India. They are telling the pin was used but they cannot tell me what time did the viewing started and what time was the channel closed.
