I gave 31 days notice to sky that I was switching my broadband on 20 April. Our broadband was switched to Plusnet today. When I log into my sky account it doesn't show that broadband is cancelled and my bills show me being charged for this in future months. When will this be updated in my sky account? As I've given notice, and switched to a new provider am I right in thinking I should not be charged by sky next month? Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ro90 You will be billed up to the next billing date, any overpayment will be credited to you, this is unfortunately how Sky's billing works.
