Why has Netflix increase from £9.00 to £13.99 a month.

I have been contacted about a new 24 month contract. Netflix as an add on has increased from £9 a month to £13.99. Can anyone tell me why?

NetFlix changed their charging structure a while back.  If you were on the 'old' structure then you have to move when recontracting.

Previously your HD and UHD status influenced your NetFlix tier - it doesn't anymore.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Toni53   £13.99 is a discounted price for Netflix Premium. You could downgrade from Premium and save £9.49. The actual price for Premium is £17.99.
