Why do you sky think it’s acceptable to keep putting your bill up?

Sky is a rip off been with them nearly 6 years and its the same old lies, we wont put your bill up but goes up every year. You check your internet speed on their website and its fine. (Even though its shockingly slow) i use 3 other speed checkers and they all say slower. Never ever honour their word or look after loyal customers.

@Craig892

You seem to be complaining about two things. For your bills, they can rise once a year, usually April whereby the annual price rise is applied. Otherwise your discounts on the subscription have lasted for 18 months then on expiry you need to renegotiate a new discount.

New discounts will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, in fact recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Every ISP has price rises (particularly over six years) and Sky doesn't do fixed price contracts, so both are by definition 'acceptible' if the customer chooses to use the service.

Speed over wifi which I suspect you're checking, and broadband speed to your Hub, which Sky report are not the same.

Wifi speed within your home is pretty much outside Sky's control
