Why do you need my card to talk to a team

I'm extremely unhappy that I can not talk anyone about the problems I keep having with your company apparently it's down to your coustumers to help each other out. In that case does anyone one any broadband companies that actually engage with there customers? My bill is paid yet I'm still restricted and can't talk to anyone till I set up a payment plan (I already though was sorted) yet I press 1 as the robot told me to and it didn't even recognise it ive tried 6 x this morning

If we start from the beginning here, your broadband was restricted due yo a bill not being paid which you have now done and you have now added a monthly payment method to your account, if so when did you do this was it earlier today ?

So I down graded about 2 months ago and set up my regular payments or so I thought today today I've been cut off I payed it online and I tried calling sky back but when I press 1 to set up the regular payment again the system must not be hearing it and I won't let me talk to anyone till I set up a regular payment which I can't do because the system won't let me get that far. I'm going round in circles

So you were restricted due to the bill not being paid and while you have done that you should be able to setup your regular payment online as well so instead of trying to call doing this have you set it up online ?

@29Paige when your services are restricted your direct debit/card payment is automatically cancelled, hence the need to set it up again.

 

Are you able to do that via the bills section of your online Sky account: https://www.sky.com/bill

Thank you for your help I have done it online now. I just think its crazy that people pay so much for a service and costumers are here doing the job for them. I'm extremely grateful that you both could help me today hope you have a great day
