Why can't I watch a Premier league game in my sports package

Hi @DAWNFOWLES14   How can we comment without you telling us which Sports Package you have subscribed to! Exactly as it appears on your bills.

@DAWNFOWLES14  In order to watch all premier league games from this season covered by sky customers require the full sky sports complete pack 

customers who only subscribe to the premier league channel will need to upgrade 

so if the above doesn't apply to you what's happening when you try and watch

As @SKY1992bf indicates, access to the matches distributed through the Sky Sports+ online service requires subscription to the full Sky Sports television bundle.

If you already have a full Sky Sports subscription, you’re all set! Sky Sports+ will automatically be added to your current Sky experience on Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q,.

However, if you have a single sports pack subscription, you’ll need to upgrade to the full Sky Sports pack to enjoy Sky Sports+

In addition, Sky doesn't have rights to all the matches because the Premier League doesn't permit one company to do so, and the rather antiquated Saturday 'three pm blackout' still applies too.
