I have been trying for months now to message sky customer services ... im hard of hearing and I cant use the phones ... I can only communicate via the live chat or emails....
I have no access to my bills or contract. Everything on my account says restricted ! Yet they are still taking payments of £35.00 a month a d i need to no if im put of contract now.
I had an email back saying my sky id wasn't recognised yet I have the account login details and its the only one I used to order my ipad ! Please can someone help me as this is really causing me stress and I need it fixed please !

If you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~

It will not help if you are on sky stream, I have tried and they just say you have to call or get someone else to call on vour behalf. Absolute Joke.

I suspect it depends what the issue is, rather than the tv platform you're using. Can the Community here help? By all means post on the Stream forum.
