Why can't access my sky tv contract renewal details online

My sky tv contract has ended and I can't look at my renewal details on line, it just says try again later - most frustrating!!   I just want to know whats on offer before I ring them

Hi @PJC2 , if you want to get the best deal then you need to speak to the cancellation/retention team; just speaking to the contract renewal agent will not get you a lot of discount as they aren't authorised. Just tell them your not happy with the deal they offer and say you want to cancel - they should then put you straight through to the cancellation team. I get 35% discount doing this but I was genuinely going to leave!
