I've been trying to speak to a real person for a while now about my WiFi and how the second I leave my back door and go into my garden the WiFi drops instantly, my speeds are all apparently 'looking good' but they are taking that information from my 5G not their router, also my bill went up the second they got me to sign a contract which I never agreed to, £70 a months for 'okayish' WiFi and a sky puck that always says there's no WiFi considering the router is in the same room, where are the real people to actually deal with my complaints! Because everytime I try and call I'm waiting over an hour, when I try and contact via message it's always 'unavailable'
