@Wibbly-Woo You stated in the first post on this very thread that you are currently a Sky sports customer, so how do you propose to "upgrade" to a service you already have?

Its not a Sky mistake, its a YOU mistake. Not that i expect you to acknowledge that as your previous post show that you cannot be wrong and its always everyone else that is.

I have been a Sky Sports customer for many years but the last four or five - I have been out of contract.....

Because I planned to temporarily cancel Sport !

ie) Not include Sport in my new setup

And when I took out a new contract - I would/should have been entitled to upgrade .....
